NOTE: There's a Clear Connector, LOWER part, that clicks into the upper part of the clutch. This lower connector holds the pulling cord (that you pull to lower/raise shade). These connector & pulling cord comes with your original shade. Since your ultraglide assembly unit is broken now (that's why you are shopping for parts on our site), there's a high chance the lower connector & pulling cord is ...missing or broken too. If you can't find them, please purchase them now to save on future shipping cost. We just sincerely want you to have what's important to finish your repair.
